Revenue Share Program Terms

This page mirrors Section 33 of the Rendevuz Terms of Service. If the two ever disagree, the Terms of Service on rendevuz.com govern.

Rendevuz offers an optional Revenue Share Program. Enrolled users ("Members") may earn cash when other users spend Credits to request to join a Member's Activities, and may earn a share of a referred user's first month of a Subscription through an affiliate link. This page applies only if you enroll in the Revenue Share Program; enrollment does not make you a partner, agent, or employee of Rendevuz.

Earnings and Rates

Earnings are calculated as a share of the Credits consumed when another user requests to join your Activity, or as a share of a referred user's first Subscription payment under the affiliate program. Rates are set by Rendevuz in its sole discretion and may change at any time without prior notice. A rate change applies only to future earnings and does not reduce earnings already accrued at the time of the change.

Enrollment and Terms Version

Enrollment requires you to affirmatively agree to the version of this Revenue Share Program section presented to you at the time you enroll. We record the version you accepted and when. If this section is later updated, continued participation in the Program after the update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Pending Earnings and Verification

New earnings are held as "pending" for a holding period before becoming "available" for payout, so that the underlying payment can be confirmed as final. You do not need to complete identity verification to accrue earnings, but verification is required before any payout is made.

Reversal of Earnings

Earnings are reversible. If the payment that funded an earning is later refunded or charged back, the earning is reversed: a still-pending earning is cancelled outright, and an earning already paid out is deducted from a future payout as a negative adjustment.

Payouts

Payouts are manual, staff-executed, and made on a weekly basis to a PayPal account you designate. A payout requires: an available balance of at least $25.00; a confirmed payout method on file; completed identity verification; and no active payout hold (including the hold period that follows any change to your payout method). Rendevuz does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings and is not obligated to make a payout if these conditions are not met.

Independent Contractor Status; Taxes

Members participate in the Revenue Share Program as independent contractors, not as employees, agents, or partners of Rendevuz. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on amounts you earn through the Program.

Modification, Suspension & Termination

Rendevuz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Revenue Share Program, in whole or in part, at any time, and to suspend or terminate your individual membership in the Program — including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms — without affecting your obligations under the remainder of the Rendevuz Terms of Service.
